Heather Haataja – Hospital Manager

Heather is our Hospital Manager and lead technician. Having joined the Family Petcare family in 2011, Heather is the most senior member of our team! “I love all animals and I’ve been working with them since I was in high school. I appreciate Family PetCare focusing on providing every pet and their owner with the personal attention they deserve!” Heather has four cats at home: Leo, Tiger, Sally, and Pear and a tortoise named Blondie. When she’s not working, Heather enjoys going to concerts and festivals.


Savannah Sutton – Office Manager

Savannah is our Office Manager and joined the Family Petcare family in 2021. “I love hospice dogs and dogs that need extra medical attention!” Savannah has a pack of senior dogs, and is the mom of two famous rescue dogs: Screech and Milo. When she’s not working, Savannah enjoys fostering animals and volunteering for local animal rescue groups.


Maria Hernandez – Administrative Support

Maria joined our hospital in November of 2020 and is another one of our bilingual team members. “I love working animals and their owners”! Maria has two dogs: Brownie and Vaan and two cats: Madam Meow and Salem. When she’s not assisting our clients and their pets, Maria is spending time with her son.


Sheila Stacy – Administrative Support

Sheila joined our hospital is 2024 after 40 years in Vet Med. While she doesn’t currently have pets at home, she spends a lot of her time in her garden helping the butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. In her free time, Sheila enjoys traveling.


Casey Burns – Kennel Manager

Casey has been a part of our hospital as kennel manager since 2014. Casey has one rescue dog Keno and two cats Ashes and DC. When Casey isn’t at the hospital you can find her hanging out with her family and pets.


Angelina Medlen – Kennel Technician

Angelina joined the Family PetCare team in 2024. At home, Angelina has a pet bearded dragon. In her free time, you can find her studying to be a Veterinary Technician, listening to music, and drawing.


Cindy Kilgore – Kennel Technician

Cindy has been a member of the Family PetCare staff since 2009. You can often find her helping the kennel staff or assisting the receptionists. With her free time, she enjoys fostering kittens and watching football. Go Green Bay Packers!


Nick Kraft – Kennel Technician

Nick joined our team at Family PetCare in 2025. He was already a big animal advocate fostering with local rescue groups. During Nicks time off you can find him fishing or spending time being a proud Uncle.


Madison Moore – Kennel Technician

Madison has been with our team since 2025. She loves working with animals and always knew she was destined to be in the veterinary field. On Madison’s time off you can find her hanging out with her 2 cats Auroa and Nayla and her 2 dogs Bruno and Oso. She also enjoys spending time with her family!


Monica Becks – Veterinary Technician

Monica has been a part of the Family PetCare team since 2025. Outside of work she loves nature and swimming. She states she knew she would be in the veterinary field since she was a little girl. She chose this field because animals can’t voice their pain like humans, and she didn’t want to see animals suffering.


Aaron Hosak – Veterinary Technician

Aaron has a true animal advocate. He’s been working with our kennel staff since 2025. While at work you will find Aaron walking your dogs or playing with your cat. He enjoys spending time with the animals and giving them lots of play time! During his time off he loves watching shows like I love Lucy and Will and Grace.


Cris Orta – Veterinary Technician

Cris has been in the veterinary medicine field since 2017 as a Veterinary Technician and joined our Family Petcare family in the beginning of 2022. Cris has two dogs of his own: Mia and Boricua and when he is not at the clinic, you can find Cris hiking, wine-tasting, dancing, and practicing yoga.


Shannon Walton – Veterinary Technician

Shannon joined the Family PetCare team in 2015. She has 3 rescue dogs, Maddie, Alli and Tiger Lily and 1 reptile. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dogs at the dog park, hiking, swimming and watching football. Go Green Bay Packers!


Marilyn Hanley – Veterinary Technician

Marilyn has been a part of our veterinary staff since 2024. She has 3 rescue cats and 1 dog. On her free time you can find Marilyn cooking, hiking, and working out.


Amy Gonzalez – Veterinary Technician

Amy joined our Family PetCare team in 2025. She has an associate in veterinary medicine and a bachelors in biology. Outside of work you can find her doing roller derby, hiking, or reading. She has always loved animals since she was a little girl.


Loren Benedict – Veterinary Technician

Loren has been a nurse since 2011 but joined our team in 2025. Since she was a kid, she has loved animals and always wanted to be around them. She has 5 furry babies, 4 cats, and 1 dog. Cats’ names, Skid, Tader, Izzy, and Lucy. Dogs name Millie, aka silly Millie. In her free time, she loves to go to the gym, be outdoors, and spend time with friends and family, and of course spend time with her fur babies.


Amberlee Medrano – Veterinary Technician Assistant

Amberlee has worked at Family PetCare since July 2019. “I love fur babies of all kinds! I enjoy assisting the technicians to help care for our patients as if they were my own.” Amberlee has several pets at home, including Moonlight, a cat that she adopted through the hospital.


Chloe Tydlaska – Veterinary Technician Assistant

Chloe joined our team in 2022 as one of our veterinary technician assistants. Chloe has always loved dogs and just adopted her own dog, Juniper! Chloe is a talented artist and fills our chalkboards around the clinic with her beautiful artwork.


Taylor Gallant- Veterinary Technician Assistant

Taylor has been a part of our Veterinary Technician Staff since 2022. She has 2 dogs and 3 cats at home. In her free time, Taylor loves to play with the dogs both at work and at home and you can often find her watching Disney movies. Her favorite character is Capt. Jack Sparrow.


Tristen Hutton – Veterinary Technician Assistant

Tristen has been a part of the Veterinary Technician Assistant team since 2023. She has 2 rescue cats at home and enjoys many hobbies such as playing the guitar, painting, drawing, and listening to music.


Drew – Veterinary Technician Assistant

Drew joined our team in 2024. She has 3 pets, a cat named Ester and 2 Australian Shepherds named Levi and Sora. On Drew’s time off she loves to play videos games and hike with her dogs. She enjoys nature and focusing on mental health.


Martha Nguyen – Client Advocate

Martha has been at Family PetCare since 2017 and is one of our bilingual staff members. In her spare time, family is Martha’s priority. She has eight children and ten grandchildren who she spends as much time with as she can!


Stephany Hernandez – Client Advocate

Stephany joined our hospital in 2021 and is another one of our bilingual team members. Stephany has two dogs: Hades and Tae and in her spare time enjoys abstract art and helping with her family’s food truck.


Iris Cadena – Client Advocate

Iris joined Family PetCare in 2024 as part of the Client Advocate team. In her free time, Iris enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her 4 dogs, playing outdoor soccer, and singing karaoke.


Aracely – Client Advocate

Aracely has been part of the Family Petcare Clinic team since January 2025, bringing a deep love for animals to her role as Client Advocate. As a proud pet parent to four cats and four dogs, two adopted through the clinic, she understands firsthand the bond between pets and their families. Her goal is to make every client feel welcome, supported, and confident in their pet’s care. Outside the clinic, Aracely enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending quality time with her kids.


Stacey Johanson – Client advocate

Stacey joined our team in 2025, she has been a veterinary receptionist for nearly 18 years, and I truly loves being part of the Family PetCare team. “Every day brings the rewarding opportunity to make a difference—helping improve the lives of the pets we care for and empowering their owners through education. It’s a role that fills me with pride and purpose.”

Outside of work, you’ll often find her tending to her garden, adding to her coin collection, or spending quality time with her family. She shares her home with two wonderful dogs and seven cats, who keep life lively and full of love.
