My name is Dr. Amanda Foard. I grew up in Ocala, Florida on a farm where my family bred and raised racehorses. I showed hunter jumper horses competitively until I began vet school. I earned my Bachelors in Animal Science from the University of Florida, then I went on to vet school at Ross University in the Caribbean. I completed my clinical year at Oklahoma State University. I enjoy surgery, general wellness, wound management, and client education.

Outside of work my hobbies include riding horses, visiting friends, boating, cooking, and raising cattle with my mother at our farm in Florida. I also love spending time with my Labrador Retriever Libby, and my boyfriend Tyler.
